STEP 2 - Initial consultation (free)

 

Your bespoke experience begins with an online meeting or a face-to-face conversation.

​

This initial consultation is fundamental for us to get to know you and make this process more personal to your needs. During the process, Beatriz will ask you about materials, stones, and style to get an understanding of what exactly you are looking for.

STEP 3 - Design process (€150 non-refundable)*

 

Now that we have a clear brief, we can begin the design process and work with our suppliers to source the highest-quality materials for your commission. This step usually takes between 1 and 2 weeks, during which time we will present detailed sketches so that you can visualize the design and be sure it’s what you imagined. You will, of course, have the opportunity to ask for any changes to be made. By the end of this step, you will have an accurate idea of what the finished piece will look like as well as what the final cost will be.

STEP 4 - Approval of final design.

 

In this Step we will ask you to make a deposit of 50% of the final price to proceed with the production.

STEP 5 - Manufacturing

 

The making process will take around 3 to 5 weeks, though we will do our best to accommodate any tight deadlines. We are as excited as our customers to see the final design, so be sure we will be in touch as soon as we have your unique creation ready!

STEP 6 - Final payment and delivery

 

To finalize the process we will ask for you to pay the remaining 50% of the cost of production and we will ship the item to you via insured shipping.
